I got that question about a week ago in Post Loop, it's a forum that I write at but anyway  The question is kind of a misnomer, where would this country be without them both? Without a strong economy, there would be no chance to afford a strong military.  There are different angles to the question as well. We need a  government to enact laws, rules, and regulations.
